Conflict of Interest & Copyright Protection

In accordance with Australian regulations, all participants must confirm that they have no affiliation with any other organisation or person that may present a conflict of interest or intend to use any unfair means.

All course materials are protected under Australian and international copyright law, and any unauthorised recording, sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. You cannot share or use our content for any personal or financial benefit.

Our monitoring systems actively detect such violations, which may result in:

• Immediate dismissal from the course
• No refunds under any circumstances
• Legal action under the Australian Copyright Act 1968
• Reporting to Australian and local authorities, which may lead to restrictions on professional practice

Security & Login Policies

• IP Address Monitoring: All access points are tracked and recorded 24/7.
• Device Limitations: Access is limited to two (2) registered devices only. No external devices are allowed.
• Parallel Logins Prohibited: Only one active login is allowed at a time (a second device may remain as backup).
• Account Termination: Any suspicious or unauthorised activity will lead to immediate termination without refund.

User Responsibility & Technical Support

It is the user’s responsibility to comply with device and login policies.

Failure to report issues promptly may result in loss of access. No refunds will be provided if the issue is user-related.

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Language

AMC4IMGs enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of disrespectful or abusive language towards staff, instructors, or team members across all platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.

⚠️ Violations will result in suspension or legal action under Australian law.

Enhanced Copyright Protection & Monitoring

We have implemented advanced security systems including:

• Mobile tracking
• Image and content watermarking
• Embedded digital markers to trace unauthorised use, including sharing via Google Meet or other third-party tools

We maintain formal collaborations with Telegram and Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and others) to identify and act upon copyright breaches globally.

Any unauthorised usage and sharing of our material will lead to:

• Legal proceedings under the Australian Copyright Act and Berne Convention
• Immediate expulsion without refund
• Notification to higher authorities in Australia and abroad

I am not affiliated with any other organisation, group, or person that may use, share, or reproduce AMC4IMGs materials for their benefit.

I understand that all materials are the intellectual property of AMC4IMGs, and any unauthorised use, sharing, recording, or distribution is a breach of Australian and international copyright law.

I agree to comply fully with these terms and understand that any violation may lead to immediate removal and legal action.
